What is included when I book with Count to Tent?

We will deliver all the items to your desired location and prepare everything for you. We style all the tents to your desired theme ready for your sleepover slumber party.

Where can you deliver the tents?

Delivery is included in the package pricing throughout Dubai. If you live outside of
this area within the UAE, we will deliver at an additional charge subject to availability. Please let us know your location of the event and we will advise you of the delivery cost.

Do you offer a cleanup service?

Yes, this is available on request for an additional charge.

How big are the tents?

Each tent when set up is 90cm wide by 170cm long. This does not include a small
space required of around 40cm in-between the tents required for the tray. If you
are concerned regarding your available space, we would be more than happy to
come visit you and discuss a layout which works best for you.

When is payment required?

To book a date for your sleepover, we require 30% deposit of the total amount of
the event to secure your date for you. This 30% deposit is non-refundable and can
be paid by cash, bank transfer or PayPal. The full amount of the event needs to be paid on the day we come and set up. Your 30% deposit will be returned to you
within 7 days after the event. We simply check all our items after each sleepover to
ensure everything is in working order and safe for our next little campers. Your
deposit amount may be reduced if any items are not returned in the same condition
you received them in.

What is the recommended age limit?

Our tents are recommended for campers to be from ages 3 to 13 due to the bed sizes. We would recommend that adult supervision would be present for under 5
year olds.

What timings can you set up/take down the tents?

We normally set up the tents between 10:00 and 17:00 and collection the following day of the sleepover will be before 12:00. It will take roughly 1-2hrs to set up and roughly 1 hour to remove. The following day we will pack away and remove all items
at your convenience.

Where can we set up our sleepover?

We set up the tents anywhere indoors, depending on the space you have available.
We also cater for outdoor events however this would need to be discussed with us
beforehand due to weather conditions.  We would be happy visit you at your home
or venue beforehand.

Do you require parking?

Yes, we require parking to be directly outside of your property or in close proximity to a service lift (if located in apartment). If any approvals would be needed from your compound/building’s security before our arrival, this would need to be pre-arranged by yourselves. We would hate to delay your happy campers’ event.

Cancellation policy

If something happens and you are unable to continue with your booking (we
understand things can change) you will be refunded your deposit. However if your
booking is cancelled within 7 days of your sleepover date your deposit will be non-
refundable.

Are your tents available to buy?

Our tents are truly bespoke to Count to Tent and we totally understand if you
would like to have your own memorable sleepovers everyday. Unfortunately we
only have our rented tents available, but you are more than welcome to contact us
and we can see what we can do for you.

Do I need a power supply?

No power supply is needed, all our lights are battery and solar powered.

Do our guests need to bring anything?

No, just to bring their Pyjamas!

How do you clean the tents?

All the bed linen and cushions are professionally washed and all our accessories, trays etc. are sterilized between events to make sure everything is clean for the next little campers.

What extra things can you add to your package?

We have a selection of additional extras in which you can add to the package listed
in our Add-ons section in the main menu. If there is any additional items you require, please let us know and we can see if we can arrange for you.

Do you provide cakes or food and beverage packages?

Unfortunately we only provide the tents, beds and styling accessories, however we
are more than happy to arrange 3 rd parties to provide additional food and beverage
requests.

Can I choose a different theme to what you have on offer?

We have our current themes available on our website, but if you have any suggestion for a different theme, we can look into creating this for you for an additional charge.
